Where do you ship?

We ship to the entire continental United States. If you live in Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico and would like us to ship to your location, please send us an email to customerservice@fredricky.com or call 314-942-8900. We may be able to accommodate your request. Additional fees will apply.

How much does it cost?

We offer free shipping on orders over $100. For orders under $100 we charge one low $15 flat rate shipping fee. Valid within the continental United States.

    When will I get my order?

    Orders placed through 11:59 pm Sunday will ship from our St Louis Missouri Kitchen, the next Monday or Tuesday. They will arrive within on to four days depending on your location. A tracking number will be sent to you when your order leaves for delivery.

    Can I get the food faster if I live in the St Louis Area?

    YES! Next day shipping is available within St Louis City and County for orders placed by Noon (Central Time) Monday Through Thursday.

    How will my order arrive?

    All of our shipped orders are frozen to maintain optimum freshness.  All items shipped will arrive in an insulated reusable shipping container and packed with dry ice or reusable ice packs to keep your meals frozen. You will not need to sign for your order. The shipper will leave the box at your door. 

    Do you deliver to a P.O. Box?

    No. You must provide a physical address for us to be able to ship to you.

    Do I have to be home in order to receive my meals?

    No. If no one is home at the time of delivery, the shipper will leave the package at your door. We recommend that you pick up your package as soon as possible to prevent unwanted thawing.


    What if I receive my meals and they are not completely frozen?

    Your order will arrive freezer-ready after delivery in normal conditions. However, there may be a bit of defrosting. This is not a cause for concern. As long as the food is still refrigerator cold to the touch, you may either put your meals in the refrigerator to be consumed in 3-5 days or in the freezer for storage up to six months.

    Is your packaging recyclable?

    All of our containers are BPA free, reusable and recyclable.

    Our frozen meals are shipped in reusable, recyclable insulated containers. Please check with your local recycling centers to determine availability of recycling options in your area.

     

    How should I handle Dry Ice?

    Most of our shipments include dry ice. We use just enough dry ice to disappear by the time you open your plant delicious shipment. If you open your package to find pieces of dry ice still remaining, do not touch the dry ice. Leave it in the box and put the box outside or in a garage so that the dry ice can naturally dissipate. Please ensure that children or pets do not have access to the box. Do not seal the dry ice in a jar or container, as it may cause harm. Please carefully read the dry ice warning instructions which are included in every package. Fred & Ricky's will not be responsible for any damage caused by improper handling of dry ice material.

    I am part of the Fred and Ricky's retail loyalty program. Will I earn customer rewards points for online purchases?

    Online purchases are not eligible for customer rewards points.

    Can I redeem customer rewards points for purchases online?

    Customer reward points may only be redeemed at our two St Louis Retail Locations.
